Founder Institute Cincinnati Fall 2016 semester enters final phase

1 min read

We’re almost finished with our first Founder Institute Cincinnati semester, we’re going to be graduating eight new companies and nine founders into the StartupCincy ecosystem. There are only two sessions left with the founders having a January 11 deadline for legal. We’ll be finishing up on January 18, 2017, and things can’t possibly be better.

I was pretty enthused about the program starting it up as a new director. I am even more enthused seeing how the program really does work to create awesome founders.

Founder Institute put out a new recruiting video a while back, and I do encourage anyone thinking about starting a new tech company to seek out and apply for the program in their own region. I wish I had something like FI when I was first starting out. Maybe I’d have fewer scars on my back. Then again, those scars represent character and wisdom. That’s what I tell myself so I can sleep at night anyway.
